MOULDING DEPARTMENT

The department is equipped with European-built hydraulic and electric injection moulding machines, characterised by a high technological level and operational reliability.

Production is monitored through in-house supervision and remote control systems, enabling continuous verification of process parameters and data collection related to production performance.

All machines are equipped with dedicated temperature control units for mould temperature regulation, ensuring dimensional stability and cycle consistency.

QUALITY CONTROLS

The production process is subject to continuous monitoring of machine parameters and operating conditions.

Dimensional and visual inspections are carried out according to agreed specifications, both during start-up and throughout production.
