THE COMPANY
Founded in 1996 as an artisanal business, Termoplastica has evolved its structure while maintaining management continuity and a direct relationship with customers and suppliers.
Over time, a programme of renewal of production equipment has been completed, together with an expansion of the areas dedicated to the storage of materials, moulds and finished products, with the aim of ensuring order, traceability and operational stability.
INJECTION MOULDING
Termoplastica has long been engaged in the injection moulding of engineering thermoplastics and specialises in processes requiring small-tonnage presses (up to 1500 kN – 150 tons) with high technical specifications to ensure optimal cycle repeatability, using engineering polymers from leading manufacturers and selected according to specific requirements, handling them appropriately throughout the various stages of processing.

CUSTOMER SERVICE
The technical department, in collaboration with specialised local companies, can support customers in the evaluation of new moulds, their construction, or in the modification and refurbishment of existing tooling.
Routine maintenance operations on moulds are managed internally; for extraordinary maintenance or structural modifications, we rely on trusted specialised workshops, coordinating the activities in accordance with the requirements of the mould owner.

HOW TO REACH US
Our office is located in an industrial park three kilometres from the Serravalle Scrivia motorway exit, on the A7 Milan Genoa, and can be easily accessed by heavy goods vehicles.
